Out of caring and concern for a very dear friend, I can't wag my finger at you, and say you're being inconsiderate to those around you...being as perhaps some of those around you would much rather have your company, than exile you over your habit.
...but for your sake, and theirs, I do wish you could summon up the fortitude to stop smoking.
